I am a senior at Indiana University Bloomington pursuing a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science, intending to pursue law school. Throughout my education, it has been my goal to gain an understanding of law, business, and history to understand how to use my career to allocate aid to underrepresented communities best. As an immigrant from Mexico, I have witnessed the struggles and adversities that historically underrepresented communities face in their pursuit of an education. In addition, I understand the incredible luck I have been granted to attend university. Because of this, my personal mission has been to become a leader in my community to make the pathway easier for those who come after me.
