Providing Project Management expertise to the Trading & Supply (T&S) portfolio of projects/Programmes and delivery of the T&S Transformation Programme that was established to enable improvements in risk management and delivery of growth. This role has also driven the gap analysis and rollout of an improved project delivery framework (and templates) to be adopted by all T&S Businesses.Responsibilities: • Ensure the smooth running of the Project Management Office for T&S Programmes/Projects spanning across the various Businesses, working in close partnership with Business and Project stakeholders at all seniority levels globally• Overseeing and monitoring projects to ensure that cost, quality and delivery are controlled and overall project deliverables are achieved• Supporting Projects Managers in establishing fit for purpose governance levels for their Projects/Programmes• Delivery planning - development of detailed resource-based project plans • Reporting and Project materials - providing project progress reports; creation of PPT Packs for all audience levels; facilitation of project meetings and workshops• Risks, Issues and Dependencies Management - including supporting project managers in making interventions to reduce risk and manage issues• Supporting project managers through change, via the change control process and knowledge of change management to embed sustainable change outcomes • Financial Management - reporting on project budgets and expenditure• Maintaining Project Delivery Standards - ensuring processes and standards for the Project Management Office are followed, in order to manage risks and issues, project change, support financial management and maintain appropriate records management• As the PMO for the Carbon Pillar of the T&S Transformation programme - Supported the Carbon Management Framework implementation; in addition to other Carbon initiatives intended to meet external regulations such as GHG Emissions Reporting.
