Besides the above my responsibilities includes;• Examine, evaluate, and probe transactional operations and customer alert instances for any AML/TF-related frauds and suspicious behavior.• Investigating alert cases including those obtained from notification orders, unusual activity reports (UAR). • Making Suspicious Transaction Reports (STR) under deadlines and legal requirements.• Client on boarding with proper KYC review and identification matching with monitoring warning signs, patterns, and any suspicious conduct linked to money laundering, sponsorship of terrorism, and other illicit or fraudulent operations to identify danger or threat. • Delivered exceptional client service, building long-term relationships based on trust, integrity, and a deep understanding of individual financial objectives. • Presented and sold a wide range of CIBC financial products and services, including chequing and savings accounts, credit cards, loans, mortgages, and investment solutions.• Conducted comprehensive financial needs analyses to recommend appropriate solutions and develop personalized financial plans for clients. • Actively supported client adoption of digital banking channels, coaching on online and mobile platforms. • Ensured compliance with all applicable banking regulations, policies, and procedures.ACHIEVEMENTS• Joined Douglas Square Banking Centre in the March 2022 and within 2 weeks on April 07, 2023 I was the winner of CIBC got Talent with 6 consecutive Promotors.• Completed year 2022 close to 200% to plan on Money In and 253% to plan on Cash Management which is reflected on my overall review for 2022.• Recognized by NPS Committee for Calgary “5 Star Promoters” in a row for February and March 2023.
