I specialize in 3D CAD, DFM, and IP-rated mechanical design — and I believe the true mark of a mechanical engineer lies in being accountable for every design decision.My portfolio includes a patent pending battery pack enclosure, robust thermal housings for EV chargers (750W to 3.5kW), and a deployable EV swapping station built using sheet metal structures. Earlier, as part of my entrepreneurial journey with Innovation India, I developed two patented products — a remote area lighting system and a solar streetlight with integrated waste management. My academic work includes a prosthetic limb designed through additive manufacturing and topology optimization, which continues to serve a patient in Gujarat today.I’m passionate about blending traditional design principles with modern tools like AI for CAD-to-drawing automation, tool cost estimation, generative design, and in-situ performance monitoring.
