Ex-award-winning radio show presenter, now turned Station Manager. Proud to have gained a good reputation & high-level all-round skill base with being nearly 20 years in the radio industry. I know manage a popular & digital commercial-like music station in Swansea, South Wales that acts as a platform for newcomers & established talent to develop themselves as well as their shows with full creative freedom at their disposal. Not only that, we\'re developing an academic-like platform for students & young people from youth organizations to take advantage of gaining work experience & skills related to Radio & Media. The station is the only radio brand in the whole of Wales offering this opportunity which is open to those interested in applying with seeking a career path in those particular industries. Proudest achievement to date? Negotiated a partnership deal with HMV. We\'re the only local & independent radio brand that has pulled this off here in Wales which is a huge achievement & milestone!
