I\'m the CTO and co-founder of Upliv, where we\'re building tools that give adults with disabilities real control over their own care, without drowning in administrative overhead. The problem space is deceptively complex. Getting it right requires deep product thinking, solid engineering, and genuine respect for the people we\'re building for. We\'re leveraging agentic AI to absorb complexity that shouldn\'t fall on our users — and to push accessibility well beyond the baseline.I\'m a builder with 20 years shipping products, building design systems, leading engineering teams, and more recently building agentic AI systems. What ties it together is an obsession with outcomes over output: the right abstractions, the right processes, and teams that actually want to do their best work.Building Upliv is the hardest and most meaningful thing I\'ve done.
