Planned and executed the 2024 fundraising gala known as L’Chaim which grossed over builds relationships, solicits, and educates members of the community on what their donations do every day. Work with Finance to understand where the money goes and what all of the designations are used to make recommendations to streamline processes.Craft compelling donor-facing communications, including authoring correspondence on behalf of others. In partnership with the Communications Manager, instill messaging that highlights the giving opportunities and impact stories into weekly newsletters, social media, and other temple communications.Provide thought partnership and direction to the senior clergy, senior leadership, and key lay leaders to ensure the efficiency of their time spent on fundraising and position them to cultivate, solicit, and steward relationships with donors.Leverage data and institutional knowledge to build a robust pipeline and develop donor-specific strategies for outreach and cultivation.Designed and implemented a comprehensive plan to meet the needs of TBS\'s growth goals and leverage multiple giving vehicles to broaden and deepen donor reach and engagement.Manage the end-to-end process for the annual campaign, special giving campaigns, and events that occur throughout the Jewish calendar year (e.g, High Holidays, Passover, annual gala, donor recognition events.)Strategize yearly fundraising & budget goals broadly and plan forindividual revenue sources to meet those goals.Created a Temple Beth Shalom Gift Acceptance Policy. Then worked with Senior leadership and Board of Trustees to get the policy voted on and to make sure that all of our processes and procedures were running within this policy. Worked to streamline the number of funds that TBS has, taking the number of funds from 50 to 39. Updating the parameters around each of the different fund categories to make sure that they reflect the current structure of TBS.
