With over 20 years of leadership experience in global organisations, research consultancies, academia, and philanthropy, I have consistently delivered transformative strategies and operational excellence. I’m a multi-hyphenate who thrives working across disciplines, policy areas and silos, weaving together diverse insights and perspectives. Whether leading on operations and shaping policy, directing brand strategy or evaluating impact, I bring energy, clarity and creativity. I have designed and directed research projects, advisory studies and longitudinal evaluations of over £1 billion invested in policies and programs by Governments, NDPB’s, NGOs and charities. I have also raised over £16 million through successful tendering and led a business turnaround. I have led globally dispersed teams and designed and delivered impactful initiatives that foster transdisciplinary collaborations. I am adept at translating complex research into actionable insights. I have acted as an advisor to senior leaders and provided ministerial briefings.
