Construction Project Manager @University Of Staffordshire

I am currently working at Staffordshire University as a Construction Project Manager.Throughout my time at Staffordshire University, I have undertaken various refurbishment and change management projects, some key projects include:• Teaching space refurbishment. Working under the MTC contract to take an open plan teaching space and create a bespoke facility including 4 small offices and a collaborative working space.• Teaching space refurbishment. This was a design and build contract, which concentrated on taking an existing building and creating a Crime Scene Facility for our Policing and Health courses. The project comprised of creating 12 simulation suites, including mock bedrooms, court rooms, shops and a mock prison cell. I worked on this from inception to completion over a 12-month period. • Reconfigure teaching space. At out London campus, we worked with mostly open plan teaching. This project focused on creating private teaching spaces. This project required careful planning as our London facilities are leased and therefore careful legal consideration and landlord engagement were required.
