Experienced Engineer working as Assistant Manager in Indian Oil Adani Gas Pvt Ltd and previously associated with Haryana City Gas Distribution Ltd (HCG), Gurugram and Indraprastha Gas Limited, 5 years of extensive real time experience in multifaceted activities like route survey, laying, hydrostatic testing, pre commissioning and commissioning activities, shutdowns for connecting new pipelines and assets; planning and project management and completion under deadline, vendor management, preventive and periodic maintenance of assets, verifying bills, cathodic protection and corrosion management and reduction of unaccounted gas loss in downstream. Few Core Competencies are • Construction and commissioning of steel and MDPE pipeline networks. • Cathodic protection and corrosion management as per NACE SP 0169. • Pipeline and assets management of CGD downstream network. • Installation, construction and commissioning of DRS, MRS, CGS, CNG stations as per PNGRB and OISD norms. • End to end project management, planning and review of progress reports. • Daily and periodic gas balancing & gas loss mitigation. • Emergency Response Management and manpower management. • Shutdown for connectivity of new Steel and MDPE pipeline networks. • Survey to install new CNG and CGS stations, and their connectivity with pipeline as per business plans. •Survey and commissioning of new I&C customers as per business plan.
