   Utilizing different design modules such as Surfacing, Solid modeling, Sketching, and Assembly, the design process involves creating plastic interior and exterior trims, vacuum forming molds, patterns and fixtures- Feasibility analysis, concept validation, assessment, and project management for new initiatives- Working with proto-type models and new product development (NPD)- Review the CAD files that the customer has shared for Design for Manufacturing (DFM) and Design for Assembly (DFA)- 3D Experience (Enovia IDM) provides 2D drawings, 3D models, DXFs, EDrawings, and Engineering BOM releases- Create and maintain the SOPs and Design Standard papers for projects that are put into production- While adhering to the project schedule and performance criteria, conduct extensive analysis, including DFMEA, PFMEA, verification, manufacturability, and serviceability studies- Make sure the parts development and supply for NPD components are done in a timely, cost-effective, and high-quality manner- Collaborate with departments that span many functional domains, such as Sourcing & Costing, CNC, Mold / Die, Purchase, Production (Forming, Trimming, Assembly), and QC/QA Teams.
