In my role as Global COO, I have ownership for the global operating model and to ensure it is set up to be simpler and more efficient in how the brands work with their customers, suppliers, and partners. I am also responsible to build strategic sourcing partnerships, drive vendor led innovations, future-proof the supply chain and logistics operations, set-up a global merchandise excelence capability and global shared service centre, and use data and technology to power business growth. In my role as President APAC, I am accountable for providing executive leadership for what is the fastest growing region in the world with responsibility for the brand, commercial & operational teams across the region.
