I am the Architect & Chief Mentor of SĀKṢSHYAM Bhārathīyam, a conscious leadership framework enabling inner alignment, clarity, and purpose-driven growth for educators, institutions, and leaders. With over 32 years of experience across sales, leadership, and coaching, I have worked across sectors including pharma, retail, insurance, ed-tech, healthcare, and wellness—leading teams, building businesses, and driving sustainable growth. Over the years, I have engaged with individuals and contributed to the transformation of multiple organizations. My leadership journey began with the National Cadet Corps (NCC), where I evolved from a timid student into a confident leader, representing Andhra Pradesh at the Republic Day Parade, New Delhi (1992). This early grounding in discipline, resilience, and responsibility continues to anchor my work today. Through SĀKṢSHYAM Bhārathīyam, I work at the intersection of inner alignment and institutional effectiveness—supporting educators and leaders in navigating challenges such as burnout, emotional fatigue, self-doubt, and diminishing sense of purpose. In a rapidly evolving education ecosystem, leadership today requires more than administrative capability—it demands clarity, emotional balance, and conscious action.
