I am working as a Project Manager role spanning multiple current and future Projects and Business outcomes within Data & Analytics Technology. These projects will be multi-discipline covering Data, AI, ML,and Infrastructure. As a Project Manager I will be a critical role for these projects ensuring correct governance and controls are maintained throughout delivery and thereby ensuring new/enhanced platforms are delivered in a fully supportable state. Key skills required include- Project planning & monitoring - Financial & Budget Management - Risk Management - Change Management - Stakeholder Management - Teamwork & Collaboration.I will continue the following Project assignments: 1. Party Services - MDM migration to ECP to remediate legacy software exposures with Informatica; 2. Informatica Platform Workstack - support full scope of delivery portfolio within the Data Management team; 3. ILM Data Archive - delivery of multiple instances requested by other Domains.
