I also introduce companies to our free job portal, Meetworks, providing them with a comprehensive demonstration of the platform, ensuring seamless registration, job posting, and candidate hiring.Fostering College and Alumni Relationships: A key part of my work involves collaborating with college Training & Placement Officers (TPOs) and maintaining strong connections with Alumni. By doing this, we offer them internships, jobs, apprenticeships, and opportunities for industry talks and visits, setting them up for success in the professional world.Enhancing Employability Skills: I also provide employability skills training to college students in areas such as Public Speaking, Group Discussions, Resume Writing, Interview Skills, and more, ensuring they are prepared for their future careers.Organizing Career Development Events: I take pride in organizing Job Fairs and other career-focused events, working alongside Alumni, Employers, and TPOs to ensure a productive experience for all participants.Ensuring Smooth User Experience: By conducting manual testing on our web and app portals, I help ensure that both students and employers have a hassle-free experience when using our platforms.
