Key Projects:\\\\n\\\\n1. Machine learning-based system for content moderation on LinkedIn: This system improves the prioritization of items for human review based on the probability of being violative. Dynamic features such as the content\'s age, views, and engagement rate are used by the system to identify content that is likely to be violative and prioritize it for human review. An A/B test confirmed that our system is significantly faster at identifying and removing violative content, reducing potential damage to LinkedIn\'s members. Additionally, the system identifies non-violative content with a high precision of 98% and removes it from the content review queue, saving human reviewer bandwidth and improving the overall efficiency of LinkedIn\'s content moderation system.\\\\n2. ML based framework to reduce content moderation errors: Incorporated a new ML model in LinkedIn\'s content moderation system that predicts which human review decisions are erroneous and enqueues them for a second look. The model analyzes various features of the content, the policy that the content violates, and other relevant information, including features about the human reviewers past accuracy, to make its predictions. The model was able to accurately predict erroneous review decisions in a majority of cases, catching 3X more errors with the same number of second and third look reviews as compared to a non-model-based approach.\\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n
