After years in B2C, I grew curious about the complexity of B2B systems. That led me to Delhivery - India’s largest logistics company, where I now lead UX for two high-impact business verticals:* Express: Designing experiences across the parcel lifecycle from first mile to mid mile to last mile. This includes tools, dashboards, and apps for field executives, ops team leads, auditing teams, managers, transport hubs, and client interfaces. I also worked on India’s first Road Train system at Delhivery - designing how tractors, trailers, and routes are managed.* SCS – Supply Chain Services: Leading design for warehousing operations and WMS apps covering Inbound, Outbound, Inventory, Pick, Pack, Dispatch and Cycle Count - serving 120+ FCs.I’m also shaping the future of Rapid Commerce (RAAS)- building a unified app and real-time OMS for lightning-fast order processing, tailored for the next wave of quick commerce.What sets this role apart: I don’t just design from behind a desk. From riding with delivery partners to shadowing riders and the warehouse team.
