Timely planning of Orders, its procurement & AR Clearances for smooth primary & secondary billing of Parts & Lubes. 4.Ensuring LPA adherence of >90% for each specific Dealer by close montoring of LDS System.5. Inventory auditing & verification once in a year for all Dealers & Sub-dealers.6. Adherence of QR/DOS in each Dealer & Sub-dealers without any deviation. Site standardization for brand visibility, awareness & promotion.7. Ensuring Parts range availability at Area Warehouses & Dealers thus maintaining excellent service index to improve customer satisfaction.8. Business development process like engaging with Technicians, driving enhancement in partline usage by Technicians etc.9. Supports in Designing & executing campaign/ promotional Schemes & strategies along with deploying HQ schemes. Stock /Inventory management at Dealers/ Sub-dealers.11. Feedback to HQ on various promotional schemes, parts & lubes prizing.12. Stock liquidation thru effective implementation of liquidation drive within own network & to Customers by offering special commercials.13. Training/Motivation to manpower by imparting skills. Maintaining & presenting Monthly, Qtrly MIS to management.15. Market visits, understanding trend of business flow & Information sharing for competition products. Vigilance on spurious products.16. Closure of all rejected GDR claims & Insurance claims after securing management approval as per matrix.17. Responsible for Parts preparedness/ Availability for Special On-road segment of long haul road Trucks exclusively for Delhivery & its associates, which is being monitored directly by HO (Top Management).
