As a Technical Architect on the Sales Engineering team, my aim is to increase the win rate on Sales Opportunities by - • Handling technical conversations with customers centered around using Copado for DevOps across multiple clouds. • Partnering with customers\' Enterprize Architects to understand their current state, future state aspirations and help them achieve that through Copado. • Acting as the subject matter expert on Salesforce DevOps Architecture (packaging, environment strategy, branching strategy, tool selection, quality gates etc). • Delivering advanced use cases to prospects through consulting & providing recommendations around Salesforce DevOps best practices. • Providing technical demos and architecture presentations for Copado\'s suite of products. • Design and build scripts, integrations, and provide architectural oversight for advanced use cases that need to be proved out during the Sales Cycle. • Create and deliver in-depth technical and functional Salesforce training to fellow Sales Engineers.
