   My role within the Westwood Electrical team involves overseeing design teams executing Solar Photovoltaic (PV) Projects. I am responsible for managing Internal teams, client relations, and communication with key leadership stakeholders involved in the project both internally and externally for successful and efficient execution of Engineering Design for Utility-Scale Renewable Energy Projects. Some of the supplemental duties include the following.· Direct Internal team members to develop Utility-Scale solar PV Systems by providing consultation regarding system sizing, equipment selection, and industry best practice recommendations for optimized design.· Supervise and manage design teams including Senior Engineers, Professional Engineers, Engineers in Training, CAD Technicians along with promoting their individual career development, aligned with the Company Growth goals.· Coordinate and manage Workload for teams while addressing concerns brought up by leadership within the organization.· Develop Training Modules and work closely with other leaders within the organization to develop new standards for Electrical Design.· Review Project execution plans and use tracking tools to analyze KPIs and implement strategies to optimize processes. Increase profitability and drive growth. · Provide clients with proposals including scope, schedule, and budget to undertake engineering work.· Conduct and/or attend weekly Design Check-in meetings to track progress for projects and provide senior oversight and coordination between client and leads for internal cross functional teams including other service teams such as Civil, Structural, Geotech, Water Resources, Substation, Battery Energy Storage and Wind.· Review and QC Drawing Packages, Engineering calculations, and Power Systems Studies for solar farms and serve as EOR for projects in States that I am licensed in.
