Re-engineered the processes of maintaining the past performance register and interbank physical deal ticket checking- Prepared an excel based program to maintain the past performance limits for customers and the same was successfully incorporated in daily production processing- Successfully migrated from physical deal ticket checking process to soft copy checking of interbank bank deals thereby reducing stationery and physical efforts. This process shift was required because of work from home scenario- Perform UATs to deploy new systems/restructure old systems- Consistent efforts to design and develop solutions for streamlining the back office operation processes to mitigate inefficiencies and pain areas- Sound knowledge and understanding of back office process flows- Responsible for BAU for Interbank, Corporate FX and Money Market back office operations desks- Handling activities related to Processing and Settlement of Interbank deals- Responsible for audit queries, both internal and regulatory through use of established procedures- Preparing MTM statements to be reported to front office / client/ finance team- Running daily EOD PNL and obtain front office sign-off- Setup and maintain static data of counterparties and Nostro in core system.
