In the initial phase, it felt challenging because sales requires a completely different mindset — confidence in communication, patience, emotional control, and the ability to stay positive even after hearing multiple rejections.However, during this journey I also realized something interesting about myself.I belong to a Baniya family, where business conversations have always been a natural part of everyday life. Since childhood, probably when I was around 5–6 years old, I used to observe discussions around customers, buying, selling, and negotiations within the family. At that time I did not fully understand it, but looking back now, I feel that somewhere my exposure to business and sales started very early in life.My journey through diverse educational backgrounds and professional roles has shaped me into a versatile and innovative leader, ready to bring a unique perspective and robust skill set to any organization.
