Working on development and validation of control system functions for a production-intent Electric Drive Unit for next-generation Jaguar Land-Rover BEV. Responsibilities include- ECU software architecture creation for torque path, state machine and safety reaction functions- QM and ASIL application software controls development and validation (following ASPICE SWE process) using Simulink and emulated HILs- Powertrain dyno setup, test campaign execution, hardware (inverter, gearbox) & software FMEA- QM and ASIL safety function validation on vehicles, based on ISO26262 standards- Torque path functional-safety monitor calibration at customer proving grounds, hot and cold environment in Spain and Sweden respectively.
