I am a Senior Manager, Digital at WM, responsible for providing strategic vision and execution for enterprise‑scale Digital Infrastructure and Operations.In my current role, I lead Digital Operations end‑to‑end, including Major Incident Management, Change Management, and Problem Management, ensuring operational stability while continuously improving service quality and resilience.I own the maintenance and ongoing enhancement of enterprise ITSM solutions, driving standardization, automation, and operational maturity across the organization. I also lead the strategy and delivery of Enterprise Monitoring solutions, enabling proactive observability and faster issue resolution across digital infrastructure.A key part of my role is Financial Operations (FinOps) for the Digital Infrastructure organization, with responsibility for telecom and network expense management across the enterprise, driving cost transparency, optimization, and governance.Additionally, I oversee budgeting, procurement, and supplier relationship management for Digital Foundation (Infrastructure) services, ensuring strong vendor partnerships, financial discipline, and alignment to business priorities.I also lead the strategy and delivery of an Enterprise Digital Asset Management framework and its operations, establishing scalable governance and lifecycle management for digital assets.Across all areas, my focus is on aligning infrastructure strategy with business outcomes, modernizing platforms, improving reliability, optimizing costs, and enabling the enterprise to scale securely and efficiently.
