Lead a strong global technology team for one the largest revenue generating areas within Payments- Designed and rolled out innovative offerings such as 24x7 Book-to-Book Transfers and Digital Assets, with both projects being proudly announced by Citi on the SIBOS forum in 2022 and 2023, respectively- Run the Payment Modernization initiative, which is a massive initiative that will change the landscape of payment offering for Citi progressively with reusable services supporting multiple product types on the in-house strategic Payment Product Processor- Presented the core idea, gained executive sponsorship on the initiative, and then worked with cross-functional teams on the design, execution, and rollout of the platform- Personally redesigned the revamped Digital Assets/ Citi Token Services platform to cleanly segregate the Payments Processing and the Digital Asset Processing, allowing Citi to significantly turn around the rollout of new countries and currencies in record time with the latest country delivered within months also setting foundation to expand more digital assets offering- Have also represented Citi’s vision on external forums.
