I began my professional journey with Patanjali Yoga Samiti as a Computer Operator, where I developed foundational administrative and technical skills. Alongside this, I worked part-time as an Accountant at Isha Pathology, managing basic financial tasks and record-keeping.Seeking broader experience, I transitioned to Vakrangee Pvt. Ltd. as a Supervisor, gaining hands-on operational and team-handling exposure. This was followed by a role as a Business Development Executive (BDE) at Pinnacle Market Investment Pvt. Ltd, Indore, where I enhanced my communication, sales, and client engagement capabilities.Later, I joined SIS Prosegur Pvt. Ltd. as a Custodian, taking responsibility for secure operations and asset handling. Unfortunately, like many, I experienced a career gap during the COVID-19 pandemic.In July 2021, I resumed my professional journey with Teleperformance, starting as an Expert. Due to my performance and dedication, I was promoted to Assistant Manager – Customer Care in August 2022, leading teams and delivering exceptional service standards.Most recently, in August 2024, I joined Reliance as a Support Officer – Operations, where I continue to contribute my experience in team support, operations, and service excellence.
