Ensure accurate finalization of client accounts, provide substantiated recommendations for variations and ensure contractors and consultants are paid in accordance with contract schedules. Co-ordinate with vendors for all kind MEP work with technical drawing to execute in time. As per technical specification, site executive, general scope etc. Prepare the BOQ for Work order and co-ordinate with all kind MEP vendors to make the inquiry and take their quotation.
