As a legal counsel at Reliance Industries Limited, one of India\'s largest and most diversified private sector enterprises, I have been looking after various aspects relating to the oil and gas business for over 16 years. I have negotiated and drafted high value and strategic contracts with domestic and international counterparts, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations, and protecting the interests of the company.I have also been actively involved in managing disputes, both litigation and arbitration, arising from the oil and gas operations. I have handled high-value and high-impact cases, representing the company before various courts and tribunals, and achieving favorable outcomes. In addition, I have provided general corporate legal advisory to the business units, and implemented legal budgeting and controls, and legal MIS.
