In this role, I am responsible for ensuring seamless movement of inventory across multiple hubs, maintaining strict SLA adherence, stabilizing line haul routes, and managing transport partners to support ultra-fast delivery commitments. The role demands real-time decision-making, strong vendor control, and deep coordination with hub, city, and central teams to ensure service continuity during peak volumes and business growth phases.Prior to Zepto, I worked with Movin Express as an Assistant Manager – Hub Operations, where I managed end-to-end hub activities including line haul coordination, inbound and outbound operations, cross-docking, vendor management, and manpower planning. I was accountable for hub discipline, cut-off adherence, OTR/OTD performance, and exception handling. This role strengthened my hands-on operational leadership, team management, and process-compliance skills in a structured express logistics setup.Before Movin Express, I spent a significant part of my career with Flipkart, working in line haul and transportation operations. At Flipkart, I gained deep exposure to large-scale e-commerce logistics, network planning, route stabilization, and vendor performance management. I handled critical long-haul routes, monitored transit performance, reduced delays through root-cause analysis, and worked closely with transport partners to improve reliability, cost efficiency, and service levels in a highly metric-driven environment.Earlier in my career, I was associated with Safexpress, where I worked in warehouse operations and 3PL management roles. At Safexpress, I developed strong fundamentals in warehousing processes, inventory control, customer handling, and operational compliance. This experience laid the foundation for my understanding of structured logistics operations, SOP-driven execution, and long-term client servicing.
