PMP® and TOGAF® certified multi-lingual technologist with implementation and consulting experience in large scale technology transformation, digital advisory, strategy, eGovernance and BFSI projects. Diverse experience of working on large sized IT projects as well as incubating small ideas into stable and tangible fruition. Not only do I like to dream up and improvise on big ideas, I also enjoy implementing those in dynamic, complex & rapidly changing business environments. I started out as software developer and chose the relatively more challenging product development role, working on Flexcube, Core Banking Solution of Oracle. I was lucky enough to find my calling during the first assignment itself forging long term senior management relationships, new product development, end-to-end process optimization and the related compliance & regulatory affairs. The experience gained at my subsequent employers have held me in good stead during the career progression that I have witnessed in past three years while working on Aadhaar- an ambitious biometric project, globally largest in terms of coverage and transaction volume, both. Ever since taking a hiatus from the startling amount of work-related travel, I have spent a significant chunk of time in my motherland, India– work on Aadhaar project, appear for Indian Civil Services examination, ideate with India based social enterprises and travel to remote and often overlooked parts of the country. I am a fervent foodie, an advocate for adventure for purpose, a keen reader and a prolific traveler. On those well earned holidays, away from the hustle and bustle that Indian cities offer, I can be found biking and trekking on the lesser trodden realms of the Himalayas in India.
