I’m Abhishek Tiwary, an MCA Cybersecurity student at Poornima University, Jaipur, with a B.Sc. in Physics from Veer Kunwar Singh University. My passion for securing digital ecosystems drives me to pursue a career in Security Operations Center (SOC) environments, where I aim to protect organizations from evolving cyber threats. I’ve honed my skills through hands-on projects, including a Secure File Encryption tool built with Python to safeguard sensitive data and a Network Traffic Analyzer using Wireshark to detect network anomalies. My internship with Hacktify Cybersecurity strengthened my expertise in penetration testing, where I used tools like Metasploit and Burp Suite to identify vulnerabilities such as XSS and SQL Injection. Certifications from TryHackMe (Pre Security), LinkedIn Learning (NIST CSF 2.0), and Cisco (Introduction to Cybersecurity) have equipped me with knowledge in incident response, threat detection, and cyber crisis management. I’m proficient in Wireshark, Python, Metasploit, and Linux, with a strong understanding of SIEM tools, log analysis, and vulnerabilities like CSRF and SQL Injection. My analytical mindset, shaped by my physics background, complements my problem-solving skills in cybersecurity. I’m eager to contribute to a SOC team as an analyst, leveraging real-time threat monitoring and incident response to enhance organizational security.
