About Abhishek T
I am a motivated and detail-oriented Trainee Technical Consultant with a growing foundation in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and the Power Platform. I am currently gaining hands-on experience in configuring, customizing, and supporting Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (Sales and Service modules) to address real-world business challenges. Through continuous learning and active project involvement, I have developed practical knowledge in customizing CRM components such as entities, fields, forms, business rules, and workflows. I have also built foundational skills in Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI for process automation and data visualization. In addition, I’ve gained experience in writing JavaScript for client-side logic and developing plugins using C# for server-side functionality. My exposure includes creating technical documentation and assisting in end-user support. I am eager to grow into a full-time technical consultant role where I can contribute to designing and implementing scalable, efficient business solutions using the Microsoft technology stack.
