11 years building consumer products and engagement systems across blockchain, mobility, and fintech. The common thread has been the same throughout: understanding what drives users to act, retain, and come back, and building the data infrastructure to measure and improve it. At Router Protocol, built a full gamified engagement system from scratch: points mechanics, NFT-based milestone rewards, referral loops. 200k+ unique users and 80M+ points farmed. Also designed the complete game economy for a web3 cricket strategy game, covering asset utility, tokenomics, earn/redeem mechanics, and ball-by-ball simulation logic. On the data side, owned all product analytics and made cohort behaviour, retention, and funnel metrics the primary input for every roadmap call. Earlier at Gojek, owned booking completion rate, driver quality scores, and incentive efficiency across millions of weekly transactions. At Coverfox, improved lead-to-sale conversion by 18% and quote-to-results by 25% through data-driven iteration on the user journey. Conversion and retention have always been the core metrics. Currently at Offchain Labs working on Arbitrum chain products and developer tooling. Also building agentic AI workflows that handle analysis, monitoring, and reporting work independently — an automated daily briefing pulling from Slack and Notion, a chain performance dashboard, and ecosystem analysis pipelines. On the side, advised early stage projects on product and GTM: a restaking aggregator at $50M+ volume, a liquidity protocol at $15M TVL on launch day, and a prediction markets platform that got acquihired.
