Ola!I am a data-driven, high-agency, and customer-centric Product Manager with more than 5 years of experience across E-commerce, FinTech & AI. When data is lacking, I rely on strong intuition. I am a go-getter, a quick learner, and a highly technical, customer-oriented PM Along with that I have always been a leader and an owner, like to lead from front and to get my hands dirty; most recently, I have transitioned into a Full-Stack Builder (thanks to Claude Code/Cursor)—taking products & features from prototyping and design all the way through development and productionizing it in the app. Currently I am leading the core experience for an agentic smart assistant app for 1Bn+ Bharat users. My day-to-day involves writing evals, working with consumer research, setting up A/B testing, and driving all the app utilities like analytics (GA/CleverTap), notifications, onboarding, profile & ; settings (which I have now done for four high-scale apps), homepage and personalization.Previously, I led a first-of-its-kind voice based conversational AI onboarding and risk analyzer flow at JioBlackRock Wealth Management( short stint though in FinTech, definitely would want to learn more)I have deep expertise working with designers, marketers, businesses & App development building core app journeys, and I also specialise in funnel conversions improvements and driving growth primarily in Quick Commerce/ E- Commerce(JioMart) 100 Mn + downloads & 1Mn+ orders. I believe product management is not a 100-meter sprint, but a full marathon. It’s a steady, long run across uneven surfaces—uphill, downhill, sometimes forcing you to go slow, and sometimes demanding a race.
