This includes SMS gateway management, multi vendor support, short code and smart keyword creation and integration, DNC/NDNC management, inbound / outbound SMS handling, reporting and auditing.3. All Notifications on both Apps and Browser which is in excess of 300 million a month. Voice calls / IVR management / Online Chat / Whatsapp / SSE Handle critical shared services like 1. Authentication using various protocols including oAuth, Key based authentication systems handling over 1 billion transactions a month.2. Events and Activity logging using filebeat, cassandra, kafka handling over 3 billion events a month.3. Elastic search management for clusters containg over 5 billion records.
