Strategic Leadership: Spearheading key management activities, including strategic work planning, robust reporting, performance management, and the efficient allocation of resources and budgeting for food fortification projects executed across India. Stakeholder Engagement: Serving as the face of TechnoServe at the country level, I engage with diverse stakeholders, including processing company directors, government institutions, industry experts, NGOs, and more. My objective is to foster partnerships and collaborations that drive meaningful change. Program Development: Crafting and validating engagement strategies and operational program plans through collaborative consultations with stakeholders. I utilize workshops and convening platforms to bring stakeholders together, facilitating the co-creation of effective program strategies. Adaptive Management: Continuously adapting and refining implementation plans to ensure project success and agility in response to evolving needs. Market Insights: Gathering industry insights through interviews to inform strategies and program design. Stakeholder Convening: Designing stakeholder convening and training initiatives, coordinating participation, and reporting outcomes. Company Selection: Identifying and selecting prospective companies for program support, guiding them through program offerings, and setting clear expectations for all partners involved. Capacity Building: Recognizing industry weaknesses in food fortification and championing the design and delivery of sector-wide training workshops to strengthen these areas. Technical Assistance: Collaborating with selected companies to identify challenges and ensure compliance with fortification standards. I design Technical Assistance (TA) projects to address these challenges, facilitating knowledge transfer through Strategic Fortification Partners (SFPs). Program Oversight: Reviewing, monitoring, and reporting on all program activities.
