Duties & Responsibilities 1). Prepare Interdivision Reconciliation of 8 Business Unit ( ETB, EEC, BUS, VEPT, VBI ) & Inter company Reconciliation and rectify the issues & solve and post provision entry in respective Books.2). Prepare Supplier Reconciliation and Recitify the issue and support to solve Supplier issues to enhance Business activity.3). Managed processing of Import invoice. Check and Review the complete details of Import Material invoice and process invoice according to RBI forex guidelines after matching purchase orders with invoice.4). Accounting of Import Custom duty. Check and review all details of license, Interest and GST than Process BOE of Custom Duty to avail GST credit.5). Check and review GRIR on daily basis and review to Pass and Post GR of Material Invoices.6).Support to check retro claimed against PO amendment and short passed GR.7). Process TDS & TCS certificate.8). Check and post the scrap rejection and all penalty debits.9). Prepare working of Provision Write Back of provision line items after Reconciliation and moved provisional entries to Saving GL.10). Prepare Working of Data processing. And maintain records of counts of Posted Documents of each department of VECV.11). Prepare a Working of Accrual settlement and maintain records of counts of cleared documents.12). Update monthly MIS & Performance report and Saving reports.13). Follow up for plan Supplier for Reconciliation to close their provision and saved our cost optimization.
