Well versed with resource management, project management, project budgeting, forecasting, managing resources utilization and billing to client Initiating & governing activities like Customer Billings/invoicing, Project code creation, procurement, Resource Assignations/delimitations, etc. Responsible to manage Project Finance - analysis and reports finance variance in terms of actuals vs forecast Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to project management methodologies. Coordinating with Client Business Units and providing them complete support in closing all levels of resources with requisite & adequate skills within timeframes Create and maintain project documentation, including status reports, project charters, and risk assessments. Experienced in resource allocation, entire process of demand fulfillment which includes resource onboarding, resource billing, SOW Management.
