Proven track record of successfully overseeing STP, CRP and utilisation projects, demonstrating strong project management expertise and a commitment to delivering operational excellence. I joined Wipro as Deputy Project Manager for a Middle Eastern Banking process, leading backend banking operations along with Voice, Chat, and Email operations to ensure seamless operations by consistently meeting SLAs, maintaining compliance, and achieving zero site defaults.
