Operational Risk Management Currently working with Bandhan Bank Limited in Deputy Manager grade in the operations risk department. Job role includes the following -1. Monthly and quarterly preparation of the Operational Risk Dashboard and analyzing the various key risk parameters pertaining to the different business and non-business verticals of the bank.2. Preparation of Operational Risk Profile Note for presenting to ORMC and RMCB committees which gives a thorough synopsis and comparative quarterly analysis of all the major Operational risk areas such as Enterprise Level Risk areas, major operational risk loss events, legal risk, compliance risk, physical and snatching incidents, outsourcing risk and business segment level breaches and increasing risk trends.3. Tracking all the departments monthly and keeping a check whether regular sharing of data across all the KPIs are happening with the Risk Department. Regularly following up with all the departments and keeping them informed about the top 10 risks and their trends. Along with the same also maintaining a month wise repository of all the risk data for the bank being shared to the Risk department by all the stakeholders for future use and reference.4. Operational Loss Data sourcing collation and analysis, preparation of all the annexures, and regularly monitoring the OR loss GL and sharing synopsis and actionable with Head-OR.5. Review of Process Notes to identify areas of control Implementability issues6. Risk Control & Self Assessment Monitoring and Evaluation with the Legal and FCMD departments. Closed RCSA for FCMD department for FY 23-24 and generated ATRs based on open risk areas.7. PCMC repository maintenance/tracking process notes currently under review/returned/circulated/released and weekly and monthly followups for PCMC ATRs generated in the committee meetings for getting responses from the business teams and effecting closure of the ATRs and providing updation to committee members.
