My interest in motorsports inspired me to get a mechanical engineering degree. After college I started a company that designed and fabricated parts used in many different types of automotive racing. What surprised me was how much I enjoyed interfacing with our customers. My technical understanding of the problem they were trying to solve allowed me to be a good partner. Fast forward 20 years and that enthusiasm for problem solving has only grown. Today I listen to the challenges that Credit Risk, Fraud and Collections Professionals in the Retail Banking and Payments space are up against.
