As a Sourcer responsible for recruiting,staffing qualified IT/non IT (medical, accounting, pharma and medical device) professionals on a contractual/permanent basis. I was responsible for Collecting Requirement from respective job portal.Analyze the requirement and understand what type of person the client is looking for their opening.Searching for qualified candidates on the US sites as Monster(US),Dice(US),Carreer Builder(US), LinkedIn, Indeed etc, and also on the local database by applying appropriate search strings.Sorting through hundreds of resumes to find just the right person.When found suitable candidate I contact them via email or phone and explain them about the job opening.• Maintaining and managing the relationship with the retailing client and existing Customers• Headhunting and matching suitable candidates for the client by Using various strings.• Analysing CVs, interviewing, forwarding and rejecting candidates• Creating and maintaining a database of all resumes• Researching Customers, roles and working environments• Finding good candidates and building strong relationships• Some client facing work in order to understand the requirement• Preparing Daily,weekly,Monthly Reports and submitting to the Mangagers• Maintaining good relationships with Clients
