Description:This project is PNC strategic initiative involves creation of Data Warehouse. Part of this effort all PNC C & IB line of business data is getting stored in centralized data warehouse. This data warehouse supports data requirement of all downstream applications and will be the backbone of data analytics and reporting. HRW will become a customer centric, active data warehouse supporting advanced analytics and tactical decision support. HRW is getting implemented in phase manner. HRW is going to be data provider for some of the critical applications used in PNC.HRR – Human Resources Reporting and AnalysisThis Project is very important and new initiative started by PNC under the C & IB line of business. Till the end of year 2019, PNC was using Oracle Peoplesoft tool to get his all-Human resources data to create high end reports. Starting from 2020 the Peoplesoft tool has been replaced by Workday. So Now Workday is managing all the human resource data and to use these workday data PNC has started Projects to manage these confidential data. HRR is going to be very fast and customer centric data storage which will support the high-end reporting tools for creating the analytical and tactical business reports.Role and Responsibilities:• Actively involved in interacting with business users to record user requirement and business analysis.• Documented Data Mapping/Transformation as per the business requirement.• Creating and maintaining source-target mapping documents for ETL Development Team.• Created mapping using Designer and extracted data from various sources, Transformed data according to the requirement.• Used SQL tools like TOAD to run sql queries to view and validate the data loaded the warehouse.• Extensively worked on Unit testing for the Informatics Code using sql queries and debugger.Environment: • Unix, Linux 2.6.x, Windows 7,10, Oracle 11g, Teradata, Erwin, UNIX, PL/SQL, Autosys• Service Now, Jira, Udeploy, Artifactory.
