My role is to ensure data quality, security, and the transformation of raw data, as I deal with sensitive customer information (PII), using tokenization. We prepare data for advanced analytics, including feature engineering. We harness AWS cloud services, such as S3 for data storage, Glue for ETL, EMR for data processing, and Athena for querying. Data transformations and analyses are driven by Python, PySpark, and Spark SQL, allowing us to extract valuable insights. I manage data workflows with Apache Airflow, ensuring data pipelines run smoothly. Our data resides in Snowflake, a powerful MPP data warehouse, enabling efficient data storage and retrieval. Jenkins automates CICD processes, ensuring the reliability of our data engineering pipeline.
