I am a Graduate Engineer Trainee (Mechanical) currently working at Reliance Industries Limited, Nagothane Manufacturing Division, LDPE and also on a new PVC project. My role allows me to gain hands-on experience in mechanical maintenance, project execution, and equipment reliability within the Petrochemical industry.I am passionate about optimizing plant performance through technical excellence, preventive maintenance, and continuous improvement. Working on large-scale industrial projects has strengthened my understanding of process equipment, safety standards, and cross-functional coordination.My long-term goal is to grow into management and leadership roles where I can combine technical expertise with strategic decision-making to drive operational excellence in the Petrochemical or oil and gas sector.I’m always open to learning, collaborating, and contributing to innovative engineering projects that make a real impact.
