I am a Product Analyst at Creative Galileo, a leading edtech company that offers personalized learning solutions for children. I have a Master of Business Administration degree from Indian Institute of Management, Indore, and a Bachelor of Technology degree in Mechanical Engineering from Indian Institute of Technology, Banaras Hindu University, Varanasi. I specialize in translating in-house data and customer research into strategic business insights that drive measurable results. In my current role, I work with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize product features, conduct user testing and feedback, and monitor and optimize product performance. I use various tools and methods, such as Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, SQL, Tableau, and Python, to analyze and visualize data, generate reports, and present findings and recommendations. I am committed to staying ahead of industry trends and collaborating with stakeholders effectively to deliver high-quality products that meet the needs and expectations of the target audience.
