Subsea Capacity Upgrade projects & Planning • Upgrade IMEWE submarine cable capacity as per business requirements. • Plan and implement capacity enhancements for submarine links, backhaul links, and metro links. • Conduct SIE and WL planning for IMEWE submarine cable. • Plan and execute upgrades for submarine cables to ensure optimized performance.2. Circuit Request Management • Track and manage circuit requests from IMEWE parties via the web portal. • Process requests within defined Service Level Agreements (SLAs).3. Network Design & Capacity Planning • Prepare network designs for new infrastructure and capacity enhancement. • Ensure reliable connectivity for DCN–ADCN links. • Conduct capacity planning for IMEWE to meet future demands.4. Service Delivery & Network Assurance • Ensure SLAs for cable service delivery and assurance during provisioning and catastrophic failures. • Plan and manage network upgrades and maintenance with functional advantages for service provisioning. • Ensure planned outages are executed and rolled back within the maintenance window, coordinating with NOC (Network Operations Center). • Minimize outages by providing necessary reroute paths and proper instructions to the NOC.5. Network Administration & Development • Develop a Network Administration System, including a web-based platform, integrating telecom technical functionalities through software solutions.
