About Abhishek Pasayat
As a Software Engineer with experience at both Salesforce and Microsoft, I’ve had the privilege of working on projects that not only challenge my skills but also ignite my passion for technology. My journey began at BIT Mesra, where I earned my degree in Computer Science. It was there that I discovered my love for building innovative solutions that can make a real difference in people’s lives. At Salesforce, I’ve been part of the Industries Cloud team for nearly three years now. Here, I’ve contributed to developing high-quality software that is both scalable and impactful allowing our clients to serve their customers better. Before this role, I spent over five years at Microsoft working on Surface Devices, Windows and Data Insights where I honed my skills in creating user-friendly applications that enhance customer experiences. What drives me is the belief that technology should simplify our lives. I’m constantly exploring new ways to leverage software to solve complex problems. Whether it’s through coding late into the night or brainstorming ideas with my team during lunch breaks, I thrive on collaboration and innovation. Outside of work, I enjoy participating in local tech meetups and hackathons, where I can connect with fellow enthusiasts and share insights about the latest trends. I believe in giving back to the community as well. Mentoring aspiring engineers has been incredibly rewarding for me; seeing them grow and succeed is a joy like no other.
