HELLO!I’m Abhishek Pandey, a district-level cricketer turned Data Analyst, passionate about using numbers to tell stories and improve performance.My journey began on the cricket field, where I achieved milestones like best bowling figures of 6/17 in a semi-final and being awarded Man of the Match in a final with 4/23, even on the losing side. Competing at the district and inter-college level across multiple sports taught me discipline, teamwork, and the value of data in decision-making.This curiosity led me to pursue Commerce and Economics, but my real passion pulled me toward Data Analytics specifically in sports. I found myself analyzing strike rates, player performances, and match conditions to predict outcomes, and that inspired me to switch careers.Today, I work as an HR Executive Data Analyst at Protalk Solutions, where I:Build and maintain RAG reports, attrition dashboards, and MIS trackers.Coordinate with managers, trainers, and team leads to ensure smooth operations.Use Excel, SQL, and Power BI for reporting, cleaning, and managing data.Communicate insights effectively with stakeholders via Outlook and presentations.Alongside, I’ve built projects in:Retail Analytics (SQL + Power BI)Flight Delay Patterns (Power BI)Customer Sentiment Analysis (Python)With my blend of business knowledge, sports experience, and analytical skills, I’m now eager to contribute to the sports industry as a Data Analyst, where I can merge passion with profession to deliver impactful insights.
