Leading high-performance operations within Revolut’s Complaints function, I manage end-to-end complaint handling strategy, delivery and operational excellence across global support teams.My role sits at the intersection of customer experience, regulatory compliance, people leadership and operational scalability, ensuring we resolve complex, high-risk customer issues efficiently while meeting strict regulatory and quality standards.Key responsibilities & impact: • Own the global complaints operations strategy, driving performance across CRPH, Quality, SLA, backlog health and regulatory adherence. • Lead and develop team leads and complaint specialists, building a strong coaching culture focused on accountability, ownership and continuous improvement. • Design and execute data-driven performance management – identifying root causes, closing skill gaps and lifting underperforming teams through targeted action plans. • Partner with Legal, Compliance, Product and Engineering to resolve systemic issues, influence product improvements and prevent repeat complaints. • Drive process optimisation & automation, reducing manual effort, cycle time and error rates while improving customer outcomes. • Own regulatory reporting & audit readiness, ensuring Revolut remains compliant across multiple jurisdictions.
